The Reunion Dinner~Dance...

The Amador Valley High School Class of 1978 Twenty-Five Year Reunion Dinner~Dance will be held at the beautiful Bollinger Bar & Grill, in San Ramon, California. Registration will begin at 6:30 and the event will go until Midnight.

And for those of you who find yourselves saying "We're having the Dinner~Dance at a Bar & Grill?", rest assured...this place is NOT The Wagon Wheel!

The menu for the Saturday Night Dinner-Dance has been finalized and kudos to Lindy Jorgenson Brown for putting together such a wonderful array of mouth watering delicacies, which will include, but not be limited to Phyllo Triangles with Spinach, Ricotta Bruschetta with Mozzarella Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Smoked Sausage Slices Wrapped in Bacon and Topped with Cheese, Chilled Jumbo Tiger Prawns, Bollinger Homemade Kennebec Chips with Salsa Fresco, Crudités, fresh seasonal vegetables with dipping sauce, Chicken Tenderloin Skewers, Beef Skewers with peppers and onions in teriyaki sauce, Crab Cakes with Smokey Remoulade, Crostini with Smoked Pork Tenderloin and Baby Red Potatoes with Caviar, Sour Cream and Chives. Then for desert, we will delight in an assortment of sinfully delicious eclairs, puff pastries, fruit tartlets, napoleons and cheesecake squares.

Because the number of registrations for the Dinner-Dance went far beyond even our most indulgent fantasies, there is every expectation that we will fill the Bollinger Banquet Hall to capacity. So as to keep space as small an issue as possible and to address specific concerns from many of you who attended the 20-Year, we're going to be a bit creative with the evenings dining presentation.

The first hour (7:00-8:00PM) of the evening will feature hors d'ouevres and finger foods served in a cocktail format from a sizeable wait staff, with the second hour (8:00-9:00PM) offering a combination of served portions and buffet-style service. Desert will be served in the third hour (9:00-10:00PM).

In addition to dining and dancing, the evening will offer a no host (cash) bar, featuring Gilbeys Vodka, Absolut Vodka, Montezuma Tequila, Jose Cuervo Tequila, Gilbeys Gin, Beefeaters Gin, Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey, Cluny Scotch, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Antigua Rum, Bacardi Rum, Jacques Bonet Bourbon, Seagram's V.O Bourbon, Christian Brothers Brandy, Chivas Regal Scotch, FAZ Chardonnay, Cabernet, Merlot, Brut and Beringer White Zinfandel.   There will also be a selection of bottled beer and non alcoholic beverages served by the glass, refillable soft drinks, mineral water, bottled water and selections of juice and Republic of Teas, available from the bar set up inside the Banquet Hall.

For those of you coming from out of town and staying at the "Host Hotel" there will be Shuttle Service available to the site. However since the service ends promptly at 10PM, there will be cab service available throughout the evening.

For those of you who choose to drive, there is ample, on-site parking and very soon, we'll provide a printable map and directions to the site here on this page.

Bollinger is a lovely, spacious location with stunning, natural-wood appointments, breathtaking susnet views of the valley, great food and most importantly on this night...good friends.

Don't put it off. Clear your calendar and register TODAY.
