Senior Portrait

How to do this w/o sounding like a resume...
Gradutated from San Diego State and started working in the application development arena under heavy scrutiny from the DoD. Along the way, I married my college sweetheart following a 7 year courtship (had to be certain) and settled in the San Jose area.

After 11 years under the military mocroscope, I left the clandestine world and the sun and moved my family (now grown to include 2 boys) to Intel Corp and the Portland area. I no longer code applications or databases but manage acquisition business system integrations. Quite a mouthful but also very challenging and rewarding. In this role, I have traveled all over the world and actually did a round the world trip (unfortunately it was done in 3 weeks - not something I would recommend!). My wife spent 10 years as a budget controller and now has the harder job of running a home (tactical and strategic planning, logistics, discipline...) She makes it look easy while I complain about my job!

We have been in the northwest for almost 8 years and truely enjoy what the area provides although we all miss the sun and blue sky terribly.

Event or incident during high school I will never forget...

1) "Hiding" Chuck Volonte's truck between the lockers.

2) The potato in the tailpipe incident!
