The Short Version...

I have been cooking since 1979. In New York in 81. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1983.

Moved to Boston in 1984, where I worked in area Hotels.

I've been teaching at Boston University University since 89, as well as cooking at a number of local Restaurants.

I have 4 wonderful children and am married to Elizabeth...my love and sole mate. I currently Manage Private Country Club in the Greater Boston Area and am a rabid follower and fan of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.
